i need to plump my lips and i need to know what color eyeshadow to wear for hazel eyes and blonde hair...plzz

Well for the lips, you could use a lip gloss made by Sally Hansen, for plumping up lips. My sister uses it and she loves it. I can tell it works too! (not like the obvious cologen implants or anything)!
And Almay makes a great color combo kit. You just chose the pack that's made for your eye color. It's that simple!!
And all these products can be found at like Wal-Mart, CVS, or any other department store or pharmacy!
