It asks for the applicant to have a degree yet training will be given, I have experience of working in the office of a charity, but I would like to know what the average salary per annum would be for this position???
Any ideas??

Check through job adverts to get an idea on salary ranges and ask for just below the average. This accounts for the fact that you have no degree.
