How can I remove oil stains from my driveway?

The purpose of the cat litter is to pull the excess oil out of the cement. For larger stains, you might want to cover the cat litter with newpaper and leave overnight. Then remove the litter, and lightly cover the stain with powdered laundry detergent. Dampen the detergent just enough to make a paste and again cover and leave overnight.
The next day remove the detergent leaving just a thin layer of the detergent paste. Add water and use a heavy wire brush to scrub the area (you did say it was DH's car right? I'd put the brush in his hand). Push the brush in small circles, adding water and more of the paste as needed. Scrub some of the area just outside of the stain so that the unaffected concrete and the stained area have a similar shade.
You will be able to see some of the stain for a short time after the area has dried, but the remaining discoloration should fade away with time.

dawn dish detergent! also there is a product called speedy dry available at most car parts stores...spread that on let it sit about an hour then use a board to rub the speedy dry in...it will take the oil stain out!.... speedy dry looks and absorbs like cat litter but is much more effective

Buy a bag of Kitty litter which soaks up the oil. Leave if for a few days then shovel it up and throw in away. Kitty litter acts as an absorbent and will helpthis problem.

UIse TSP (trisodium phosphate) from hardware store. Put powder on driveway, moisten, and let sit a while. Power wash with hose after.

Buy the cheapest washing up liquid you can find pour it over the stain then tip some boiling water on it .

just mix achol and peroxide or kitty litter and viniger made to a paste the later is a lot safer

go to the auto parts store. They sold me a product that is purple in color worked really, really well.

Tide powdered detergent works well, Or you can purchase drive way cleaner. both work well,
