It depends what you are looking for - there are many people out there with sound advice to give and experience to share. This is particularly helpful with matters of the heart and emotional dilemnas which you can't get from a search engine. Also it is interesting to see different people's points of view on difficult subject matters or even prior to buying an item as it is easy to get mislead by sales blurb.

Sometimes you can't find specific info on the net cause it's such a massive medium. But I come on here because I like knowing other peep's opinion and thoughts, and it;s a great way of socialising through the net.

Because sometimes the Internet doesn't have the answer to what a person is looking for and it's easier to get an answer from someone here.

Because a simple answer from some one is some times easier to understand than going through a whole e-book full of info.

I just asked my first question about 5 minutes ago. But i have answered lots. I think regular everyday people want to get answers from regular everyday people on what works for them. Rather than getting fancy dancy answers they have to figure out what they really mean.
They want plain and simple answers others have tried

sometimes i have looked on the net and dont find what i need to know and then i ask on here and hey presto i find out. i like to interact too on here and i roll around sometimes laughing at the daft answers....It doesn't feel like a chat room but at the same time it does....( dont ask me to explain that)
