I bought my mom a gift certificate for a massage and she never used it. Didn't like the idea of a stranger touching her and the concept of nudity.

1. Start her with a facial that includes a neck and shoulder rub.
2. Get her chair massage, no undressing.
3. Find a female massage therapist who can introduce herself to your mom and answer her questions and make her feel at ease.
