any REPUTABLE garage with a mitchell on demand or a scan tool can program a pass key......buy the blank from the dealer and have it cut to fit , then take it to your REPUTABLE mechanic and he/she will program it.......

The dealership will do that for you and I think they're the only ones who CAN.
