No all manatees have to be ordered separately.

I have been dreaming of Big Macs for a week! Finally broke down and bought one of the fatty things. It only came with fries and a drink. And wasn't near as good as I remember them........

no, but you shouldn't order them because they are terrible. They are full of trans fat, saturated fat, and sodium. If you knew how bad large amounts of these were for your body, you would never order a big mac again.
