This is a COMPLETELY OFF THE WALL response, but I believe Vicki will return with..."Rowdy" Roddy Piper (once he has completed his cancer treatments). Early in his career, back in the early NWA days, Piper had a massive, long-standing feud with Chavo Guererro Sr where he consistently insulted Mexican wreslters and their culture. In one spot, he said he'd make amends by playing the Mexican national anthem on his bagpipes only to play "La Cucaracha" infuriating them more.
I think that would be a hilarious angle, causing Chavo to go Face, bring back Rey, and....but of course Piper's health is a question mark so it is unlikely to happen. That does not mean I don't wish to see it though. :)
