First, make sure your computer can download movies at a good speed. Nothing is worse than waiting for a computer to download!
Limewire is a good (free) program for downloading movies and music. It's also illegal. None the less, if you buy a copy of the movie and want to down-load it onto your hard-drive for safe keeping, well that's perfectly legal.
If you download a movie to see if you want to buy it, and you decide to buy it in the future... well, I don't think the movie companies will have a problem with that. :)

The best way and the best quality can be found on torrets files. Go to http://www.torrentz.com and click on 2006dvdrip and you'll get all the 2006 movies you can imagine. However, you will need a torrent client like azureus or bittorrent in order to download. They are both free. Make sure to check forums for instructions on how to set them up. They could use a lot of memory and resources, so make sure you also have a decent pc and a good internet connection.

If you want to download videos for free, go to www.google.com (or Yahoo! if they have Yahoo! Videos). Then click Videos at the top (if you started a search) or middle. Then type the video you want to watch. I watch Akon the most. Hey, e-mail me for questions!
