in runescape i need the other half of the shield can anyon help?

i need the other half of the shield cause i am apart of the black arm gang in varrock but need sum1 in the pheonix gang to get me the other half of the shield?!!!!sum1 help!!!! my name is soulsos and i will be on world 23!

you need hire some1 who hasnt done the quest to do it for you because its a 2 player quest

id help but i have already done the quest u gotta find a partner or make another account and have it do the other half
