Sometimes having a good friend that she can trust is the most important thing. I know I've had guy friends and I like that i can trust them and hang out like a brother.

It means that she likes you and thinks your a wonderful guy, but is not interested in dating you. She just wants to be your friend and wants to tell you that in the nicest way possible so that hopefully she won't hurt your feelings.
