how do I do this, I dont udnerstand the notations. (an)n where ai = 3i / 2

there are all small n and i.

the question is write down the irst 10 terms, including a0, of the above sequences

The first 10 terms would be a0 through a9.
They are telling you that, in general, the ith term is 1.5i *i
So a0 = 1.5*0^2=
a1 = 1.5*1^2 = 1.5
a2 = 1.5*2^2= 6
a3 = 1.5 * 3^2 = 13.5
a4 = 1.5*4^2 = 24
etc

Basically, replace i with 0 through 9

a(0) = 3(0)/2 = 0
a(1) = 3(1)/2 = 3/2
a(2) = 3(2)/2 = 3
etc.

it's something like a summation notation.
