I didnt think so either but I thought it was because his voice was so low and yes I love Billy Joel too but I also love prince but frankly I think Billy Joel would have been a better halftime show! I was dissapointed!

Billy Joel is a good pop (popular) performer, not a singer.
Culturally in the USA we love performers weather you have any real talent or not.

Yes, heard the reruns. I really thought he could carry a tune. Shows you that recording companies hide a LOT of faults. .lol
Its watcher beware, you dont really get what you think you are getting, how many times have the audio played records and the singer just lipsynched along?
At least he REALLY sung. (consolation)
