Lol. No. You are fine.
I was taken off my prenatals completely at 7 weeks and didn't start taking them again until my morning sickness was gone at 13 weeks.
There is nothing to worry about :-)
By the way, congrats on your little one!

Remember this, your baby takes everything they need from you. So what you eat, drink and take is feeding you, and the baby takes away from that. The extra vitamins are for you, so what ever the baby is taking from you is covered with the vitamin. It's not such a bad thing if you forget but this is the time to be getting the extra nutrients your body needs to survive. It's kinda backwards, what's stored in your body is what is feeding baby, so whatever you eating is fueling your body and or stored, which goes to baby. From day one that's what's happening. If you aren't eating a balanced meal everyday your depriving yourself first and baby second. Cause what you already have stored away in your body is feeding the baby what they need.
As long as you are eating a balanced diet, your alright to miss a few here and there, it's recommended because it helps your body store up what the baby it taking away, so really in all honesty it's like not getting your veggies for one day or fruit or your source of calcium that you need.
My prenatals made me sick, so I went to food to replace what I had to keep getting. Frozen fruits helped with those sweet cravings instead of getting something full of sugar, dried cereal here and there for the fiber needed , and yogurt plenty of it for the calcuim. Greens and other veggies for the boost of iron and other much needed nutrients.
It's just recommended you take the vitamins so that you are sure to get the amount needed in case you dont' have a balanced diet. That's all. it really is ok to miss one or two, just make sure your making healthy food choices.
Relax! Your alright! Your not doing any harm, as long as your not feasting on fast food and loaded bulking foods of fat!

It should not make a big impact , but keep some in your purse, car , places in your house ex. kitchen . Even over other people's houses so that you wont forget. The vitamins help you if you are not able to get the nutrients need if you feel sick and dont want to eat and things like that. So it is not good to skip , but if you forget then just try to remember the next time. Don't double up though it is not good.

No..it's fine. I never took any prenatal vitamins and had 2 healthy babies. Just eat healthy. Most Dr's prescribe them because these days most people just dont know how to eat healthy and it's an easy way out.

I'm in the same boat as you. I often forget during the weekends when all I want to do is sleep after working 5 days a week. I consulted my doctor and he told me that it's ok. He said it shouldn't matter much since I try to eat fruits and vegetables as much as possible, along with calcium from a glass of milk or two. However, I would suggest you ask your doctor since every woman is different. He/she is familiar wiht your medical history and I am not, nor is anyone else on yahoo answers.

You and the baby will be just fine. don't stress about it, stressing out is worse than occasionally forgetting to take your prenatal. Good Luck and congratulations:)

No you are fine, I think we have all missed some. I try and put the bottle out in front of my mirror so when I look in the mirror in the morning I will remeber and take them then.

i might propose no longer taking 2, too a lot of specific supplementations might nicely be a foul ingredient. i might say that it will no longer harm to miss one prenatal, hell some women persons do no longer take them in any respect (my mom did no longer). in basic terms make certain to undergo in innovations to any extent further.

Not a problem at all, if it was my 5 year old son wouldn't be healthy.
