Buried alive would be the worst one since you could survive for quite a while before running out of air. I think I would chose dying in a fire since I believe it would be the quickest.

These are tough if I HAD to pick one, I guess I would pick dying in a fire,because the smoke would over take you before you would feel the burn of the fire.(I hope)
