Your source of information is unreliable to say the least. The most I can find on this story outside of crazy conspiracy theorist sites is that she was involved in a fatal ACCIDENT with a former classmate when she was 17. There was no evidence of murderous intent, alcohol or drug abuse. The absolute worst that she could have been charged with would have been vehicular manslaughter, but there were no charges filed. Why? Because Dick Chenney hopped into his magical time machine to cover her tracks? No, it was because she was a 17 year old girl who accidentally ran into someone, not a crazed ex-girlfriend looking for blood. Seriously, it's pathetic that people will drag up things like this just to try to make politicians look bad.

No she should not. It was an accident, and she did not leave a woman in a car underwater while going home to get a good night's rest before calling the police like Kennedy did.
