Unfortunatley, no. Work is just like high schoool with cliques and nerds and outcasts and popular people. Relationships are just like high school with the waiting 3 days to call game and the angry letters and the tears and the cheating. We never leave.

Adults are nothing but kids with money.

some do
some don't

Those that don't have a problem that I call small world syndrom. Its very comforting to stay in a small pond. Often wish I had. But the end result was a lot of opportunities that I never would have had if I had not gotten on with me life.

In real life, of course... if you are one to accept responsibility and begin helping others, speaking to strangers, listening to other peoples concerns, likes/dislikes etc. In the media? never. The writers have no life experience beyond HS and perpetually try to SELL their shows, movies, products to teen and now, preteen audiuences -- so on TV and in the movies, HS is everlasting (even if the characters are supposed to be adults).

No, not with the way most people act towards others. Yeah we have "added" freedoms but there is no escaping the drama that people insist on starting.
