ask the issuing bank to close the account, and that will make the card invalid.

Also, tell them all use since she split with her ex was raudulent, and have the police look into it.

The bank have told her that there is nothing she can do yet ? That's poppy **** . She can get a form from the bank to fill in to remove her name from the account . Although she may need her ex to sign also . I know i've done it !
Or she could always try ringing up the bank and reporting her card stolen and then the bank maybe able to stop the transactions for a short time ?

If the money in the account is now solely hers - then maybe she could report it as theft? Once the account has been changed to a single account holder - all the time it is in a joint name - they are both able to use it legally. She may be able to claim back cash used fraudulently once the bank has been notified of this.

She would need to withdraw her funds and open a new account preferably in another bank because my sister had this problem and set up a new account in the same bank and her husband was still given funds because the cashier had a crush on him. If it is another bank there won't be any "problems".

That's not actually an eBay problem now is it?! If she can't get her bank to help her, then she needs to withdraw whatever of the funds are hers, and open HER OWN ACCOUNT. When he runs out of cash, he'll have to stop his eBaying ways.

it depends on what account it is. Now you might not be able to close the account but u should be able to take your name off the account. If that fails contact ebay and they shoul,d be able to help. as banks are controlled by millions of rules and regulations.

tell the bank they are no longer a couple - the bank should close the account, and therefore the card will become invalid.
