This is not really professional advice it is just advice and suggestions... If people need a professional therapist or counselor they need to seek it out and find it. I like to hear what other people think alot . You can take some advice to heart but remember it is not of a professoinal nature. It should be taken as suggestions and ideas. That is all! When we answer questions we should point people to professionals for help too! They need to be pointed in the right direction to seek and get the help they may need.

Considering that some people don't give advice and some advice is ridiculous...not very seriously. But I do find some peoples responses and advice helpful.

Depends on the advice. There is an abundance of dolts on this site but also some well intentioned folks.
