I can't figure out what movie this is. It's a horse/equine movie. It's about a horse that gallops up steps and then jumps at the end into a big "bowl" of water in front of a croud. Does anyone know the name of this movie? Thanks.

I think you're talking about, "Wild Hearts can't be Broken" with Gabrielle Anwar. She's a run-away during the Great Depression and ends up in Atlantic City to become a diving girl(with a horse). I loved that movie!
