Yes you're right, well spotted.
The actress is called Gemma Bissix. She played Nigel Bates step-daughter, Clare Tyler from 1993-98.
In 2006 she joined Hollyoaks as Clare Devine (later Cunningham) and replaced actress Samantha Rowley.
She also appeared in the series Doctors in 2002.
