Dont sleep with him. Just act like he doesnt do it for you in bed anymore. Like its boring. It really hurts men when they feel like they're not wanted sexually even if they are cheating with tons of women. If you really want to step it up a notch, sleep with someone else or pretend to by leaving hints. It will drive him crazy that some man is doing a better job then him. It takes some time to enact this plan, but its well worth it.
Note: Never bring up the fact that you know hes cheating until you leave. If you tell him that you know he's cheating but you dont go anywhere you seem as if you're condoning it.

Call the girl he's cheating on you with and have a get together, go for coffee and let her know about his STD history and warn her to never let him go in naked no matter what he tells her...There are also hotlines that you can call to report him endangering someone because he has AIDS. This would have to be anonymous and obviously untrue but they do investigate and he'd die of embarrassment. If those don't sound good, sleep with his brother or his best friend.

Make him treat you to a nice expensive dinner on valentine order the most expensive food make him spend a lot of money (thats where it hurts him) and then dump him at the end of the night. No explanations, no reasons just dump him and tell him he is not good in bed (hurt his ego).
Or you can give him a taste of his own medicine and cheat on him but that can backfire because you would end up looking like the bad one not him.

Besides the obvious... of leaving him. Make sure to get revenge. To start make sure you find a good picture of him, blow it up, make posters, lots of posters. # 1 CHEATER is simple and to the point. OR if you know her name, you can add that information as well. Then attach then all over town. Make sure they are visibility the whole way to his work. Also if you know information about her, then you can also make posters of her as well, post them around town and by her work as well. Take an add out in the paper. Make sure all his friends know, that way the can congratulate him on his new romance. Send flowers to her work from your husband that way if she is married her co workers will know what she is. I would not advise doing all this unless you are leaving your husband. Good luck.

I think that the worst thing that you can do is try to make his life worst. If you really love him then let him live his life the way that he wants to, even if that means that you are out of the picture.

Why bother with wasting your time getting even? Grow up take the high road and leave him. Get on with your life because you are what's important -not some cheating lying jerk. He will get what he deserves someday.

Revenge is not the answer here as two wrongs do not make a right. Forgivenss is the best way to handle it and move on with your life. Leave him and file for divorce on the grounds of adultery.
