If you experience any of the following serious side effects, stop taking Seasonique and seek emergency medical attention or contact your doctor immediately:
-an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing; closing of the throat; swelling of the lips, tongue, or face; or hives);
- possible blood clot in the lung (shortness of breath, coughing up blood, or pain in the chest); the leg (pain, redness, swelling, or numbness of the leg); or the eye (partial or complete loss of vision);
-chest pain or heaviness in the chest (possible heart attack);
- severe headache or vomiting, dizziness or fainting, vision or speech disturbances,
-weakness or numbness in an arm or leg (may indicate a stroke);
- breast lumps;
-possible liver problems (yellowing of the skin or eyes, nausea, abdominal pain or discomfort, unusual bleeding or bruising, severe fatigue).
-headache;
- nausea or vomiting;
-breast tenderness;
- depression;
-changes in weight or appetite;
-changes in skin color; or
-changes in fit of contact lenses.

Things like this are why I think they need to educate children better on how to raise a baby, and maybe make people take a test before allowing them to get pregnant! You can be an extremely caring, adoring parent and still end up 'ruining' your child because you don't know what you're doing, or even that you're doing anything wrong. That said, though, I highly doubt a 5-month-old could take a bite out of laughy taffy in the first place. I have an extremely hard time with it, and I have a full set of teeth AND a much stronger jaw!

The symptoms for a heart attack are:
*Pain in the left chest, often but not always described as tight, crushing, squeezing etc.
*Discomfort in other body arms, esp. the left arm.
*Nausea.
*Lightheadedness.
*Cold sweat
*Shortness of breath.

Oral contraceptives such as seasonique do list strokes, blood clots and heart attacks as possible side effects. Given that possibility, I recommend that you call for emergency medical help immediately.

You have every reason to be concerned. Any pain in your left side resulting in pain/numbness in your LEFT arm needs to be IMMEDIATELY reported to your doctor!!!!
This could be a precursor to heart problems/stroke and you are in need of immediate medical attention.
Call 911 if you are unable to take yourself to the doctor or ER...NOW.

my question is are you smoker? hormones and smoking have been linking to blood clots. None the less you see a doc regardless because if your pain your body is telling you something is wrong.
