As previously stated, alcohol dehydrates you. You need to drink plenty of water and some Gatorade. This will replace much needed fluids in your body. You can take a motrin to help the headache, but time and water are the only things that will do it. Now, to prevent one is the secret!!! It's gross, but it works... Make yourself vomit the at the end of your night... This will prevent all that other alcohol from being absorbed. And if your still somewhat coherant, drink water before you go to bed. Not just a sip, but a few glasses. It will help, I promise.

There is debate about whether a hangover might be prevented or at least mitigated. It has been speculated that imbibing even more alcohol than consumed the night before will vanquish the hangover, the so-called "hair of the dog" remedy. The most important thing to remember, however, is that there is no mechanism for making oneself sober.

Yahoo did a blog on hand overs on Jan 2nd. The remedy was lots of water and vitamin B complex.

make sure you eat, and drink plenty of water, there really isnt any kind of instant "cure" for a hangover, but water should help, since alcohol can dehydrate you. the only real fix for a hangover is time.

ib profen before u go to bed and then when you wake up (2 or 3)i take tree of then .... the over the counter one. or you can but chaser it is a pill that is for hangovers
