Once a jar of baby food is open how long can I leave it in the fridge safely?.?

well if you feed your baby from the jar only about a day because the enzymes from the baby's mouth break down the food thats left in the jar. If not feeding from the jar i'd say max two days.

No longer than 48 hours ... is what I always went by. It says on the jar.

24 hours is all I left it. I think it even says on the jar.
