The easiest way to get your male sim pregnant is to open the cheat menu with ctrl-shift-c. Next, enter boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true. Then, hold down shift, click on any sim, and spawn the tombstone of L&D. With this, you can make any adult sim on your lot pregnant by any other sim currently on the lot or living in the house or by an alien. You can also speed up your pregnancy so that it only lasts a couple of sim hours, as well as many other things. Good luck.

have him look through the expensive telescope between 7pm and 5am eventually him might get abducted by aliens then come back pregnant. The more logic skills the better the chance.
Now for the hacks try the links below - these are not the ones I have but for the moment I can't find it. You need to register to download - but its free and they have great stuff - just remember hack can mess up your game or may not work on your set up so always back up and only put one hack at a time in so you can take it out again if need be.
