Bush IS a bigger threat to the world than anyone else.

He's president of the most powerful country (unlike Bin Laden and the N. Korea guy), and is utterly loopy -- he's heartless and brutal, has no conscience, is ignorant, arrogant, and stupid (really bad combo, since he knows almost nothing, is too stupid to learn anything, and, being arrogant, thinks he knows everything), refuses to listen to reason, and has no respect for truth, reality, or fact. He thinks he has the right to do anything he wants, and everything he wants is bad.

He's utterly corrupt, wanting only to enrich his friends, and turn the presidency into a dictatorship.

He's certainly done more damage and murdered more people than Bin Laden.

Given the horrible person he is, and the power he has, people are right to fear him.
