Bush scares me. He managed to destroy the work generated by our founding fathers to protect our personal freedoms in the mere stroke of a pen. And we let him do it. We let him rip apart the Constitution and everything we hold dear about it when we allowed the Patriot Act to become law. America is supposed to be the symbol of freedom for the world. How can we be held up to that when we continue to allow our freedoms to be stripped from us in the name of security? When we look at other countries that do the same thing, we denounce them, but it's okay to do it at home to be a little "safer." We're not safe. As long as the Patriot Act is law in America, Americans will never be safe. All the government has to do to someone that they find annoying is to label them "a terror suspect" and off you disappear without access to a lawyer or due process. You know, those things the Bill of Rights used to protect.

In general the US is seen in most other countries as a resurrected USSR. The most powerful nation on the planet that acts as if it has " carte blanche " to attack any other nation as it sees fit. Trust me, most people consider Bush to be a would be "despot" given the chance. "Katrina" helped to show the facade the US has built up. You have a "3rd world" nation living within the same borders as the most decadent society on the planet. The US should clean up their own mess, before trying to take control,(a la USSR fashion) of other nations.

maximum individuals do no longer understand that the country is in basic terms a rustic in the real international. the bigger they're the harder they fall, and if rules do no longer replace quickly, the U. S. would be in issue. Bush is making enemies left and the superb option and the U. S. nonetheless be getting the brunt of what Bush has completed years from now.

Good news in case you missed it, Bush will be gone in two years all those other folks will still be around, so let's see a bunch of nut cases bent on destruction of the western civilization or some guy that will be out in two years...seems that some people can't see very clearly.

Because America-bashing is such a popular pastime that they hate any American president who does not do what they tell us to.

The fact is that those polls only show us in America how close-minded and intolerant those people really are.

The next time you need us for something - remember that poll - and the impression it gives us about what kind of people _you_ are.
