In Los Angeles it is 75 degrees farenheight at 10:15 am, and the sun is out and the skies are blue.

Cold, over much of the country. The upper Midwest is dominated by an arctic air mass that has reduced temperatures to well below freezing. Yahoo's weather site can give much more detail.

It is 19 degrees but feels like 1 degrees with the windchill here in Boston, MA so really cold - not supposed to get much warmer for the rest of the week!!!
