Everybody is picking Florida, but I used to live there, have been hit by a hurricane, had hurricane damage, and watched my homeowners insurance get raised through the roof. I moved to Virginia. I get no hurricanes here and my homeowners insurance is one tenth what I was paying in Florida. I live near the Blue Ridge Mountains. It is beautiful, so I'd recommend Virginia.

It all depends on how old you are and what exactly your looking to do, if you have to work, retire, if you like hustle and bustle or you would rather live in a more rural area, maybe you like winter sports, or your more of a beach bum. There are pluses and minuses everywhere.

I love florida especially miami its very warm and people are nice there. South beach has the best hang out spots

I would move to florida because it has lots of pretty women and it is ever growing with millions of tourists coming every year and many new and important job opportunites.
