You're a little bit more than 5'4" -- 5.38 would put you just a little over 5 and one/third, and one third of a foot is 4 inches. 164cm = 5.38058 feet, or 5' 4" +. Simple as that. People are misinterpreting what you meant by "Converted to feet and inches, I am 5.38." I went back and converted 164 cm into English and got 5.38058 feet, hence my answer.

Let me put your mind at rest, You are 5 feet 4 and 9/16 inches tall or to put it another way 5 feet 4&1/2 inches plus a little bit ok So you are not 5 foot 3 or 5 foot 4 - you are taller. Has that made your day?

There are 39.37" (inches) in a meter, so

For answer in feet ('):
(39.37" / 1m)(1.61m)(1' / 12") = 5.282'......[[ meters and inches cancel out--leaves feet ]]

For answer in feet (') and inches ("), convert .282 feet to inches and add to 5 feet:
5.282' = 5' + .282'.....................[[ 5.282 feet = 5 feet plus .282 feet]]
.282' = .282' (12" /1') = 3.38".........[[ .282 feet is how many inches?]]
5.282' = 5' 3.38".....................[[ 5.282 feet = 5 feet + 3.38 inches ]]
