I see my girls every other weekend, they are 13 and 5. My 5 year old is real attached to me and me as well. But I have been offered a Fed. Job. That will require me to more around 650 miles away. I have spoken to my X. She told me that she and her boyfriend are planning to move to my area in a few years. So I am confused in what I need to do...I don’t want to leave my girls behind, But I also don’t want to loose a opportunity of a life time.

work is never more important than kids i know thats not what you want to hear but your girl's will hate you if you do this.It will ruin the rest of their lives.

you may need to go to court. Or split the year and holidays with the girls -f it's a great job get a great lawyer.
