I don't think anyone here is because a concept like Yahoo Answers isn't stimulating enough to challenge such people. Besides, they aren't very sociable, much like autistic people.

No one is an Indigo Child.
It's a crock, a scam cooked up by people searching for a method to pretend their child is more special than the other kids in school.
It's a fantasy created by people who can't accept the fact that some kids are average, or below average.
"The Indigo child concept was first publicized in 1999 by the book The Indigo Children: The New Kids Have Arrived, written by the husband-and-wife team of Lee Carroll and Jan Tober [1]. Carroll insists that the concept was obtained via conversations with a spiritual entity known as Kryon."
In other words, it's nonsense that was spewed out by a schizophrenic in the middle of hallucinations, and her husband took notes.

I stumbled across your question. Two people, months apart have said "Your daughter is an Indigo Child" while I was out with her I just nodded.
They were complete strangers.
What does that term refer to?
