If you are using a condom, you don't need to withdraw. Withdrawal does absolutely nothing, with a condom or without.

Condoms are crap. They cause yeast infections and break. The pill for that matter is also crap. You know what you call people who use the withdrawal method? Parents. Consider these alternatives:
IUD - It'd take a miracle to get pregnant with one of these. It tells the womans body its already got occupants and such, eggs wont implant. It is rather expensive however, and requires a doctor visit to install or remove. They do cause less health problems than other methods.
Depo Shot - Only if you absolutely don't want kids. They have you renew it every 3 months, but you really only need it every 6. Takes a full year to get out of your system and causes some fertility issues. Also slows periods down drastically.
Oh, and don't bother with withdrawal. It only takes one AWOL sperm to impregnate, and since you release sperm at regular intervals prior to orgasm, it really doesn't matter.

Add the rhythm method as an additional measure, and keep in mind that you still run a risk of pregnancy.

The woman should be on the pill, and you should use at least one, preferably two additional birth control methods in addition to the pill.

NO point in doing withdrawal, that kinda defeats the purpose of intercourse anyway, and the withdrawal method is about 100% worthless anyway. Just leave it in and climax.
