Not necessarily. Start counting from the 1st day of your last period. Most cycles run every 25 to 28 days. You should be keeping track of it at any rate.

The length of each woman's cycle varies individually. I get my period every 28 days, so if I started in on january 9th, I'd get it on february 6th. Some people are not regular so it's harder to tell. Stress can also throw your cycle off.
