ZEN Micro Photo 8 GB Problem! Help!?

My Zen won't work. I turn it on and in the screen only appears the Creative logo and stays like that. I also try to reboot, or format, do anything and it get stuck. It charges and everything but won't pass to further more. Is there anything I can do to fix it?! Please?

this isn't really advice, but I would take it back for a refund or a replacement.
