There is a switch underneath your computer desk or wherever you might have it , there is a light on this switch it is the on/off button of your entire computer system, turn this off, leave this off for exactly 20 seconds then cut it back on, log on to your computer and sign on the internet, it will be refreshed and working properly

Unplug your modem...wait 5 minutes...Plug it in and THEN turn on the computer...let it boot.
Should be a fix.

at the bottom of your modem if you are using SBC you there should be a website its a numeric one. so check and see if that's what the problem is thats what happened to mine.
