Any good [best] universities for studying of journalism, law or fashion desgin in Switzerland!?!??!!!

For journalism:
Zurich University of Applied Sciences

For fashion design:
Switzerland is really not the country to study fashion design. I would recommend you France or Italy.

As far as I know, there is no actual (publicly owned) university for learning journalism or fashion design in Switzerland. Those would be "schools of advanced studies" - or in German "Fachhochschule". I can't imagine it would be possible to study any of these subjects in Switzerland in English - besides perhaps some small private institution.
