bluetooth and standard wireless tend to operate completely seperately, both in terms of signal and also with respect to having both installed on a pc or laptop - i've never had issues with the two conflicting and i use both daily.

in comparison to wireless, bluetooth is far slower and the average reach of the signal is tiny compared to wireless.

you will still need broadband internet, bluetooth is not a worthy replacement for 'real' wireless and to rely solely on the bluetooth wireless in your laptop you'd need a bluetooth equivalent to your normal wireless router such as a bluetooth access point.

basically, by using bluetooth wireless instead of 'real' wireless you'd be crippling your internet connection - bluetooth isn't designed for high data throughput and is more suited to communicating with mobile phones, bluetooth printers, etc.

Bluetooth doesnt do ANYTHING unless it sees a bluetooth device somewhere! Bluetooth and wifi are entirely different wireless devices! Bluetooth wont pick up a wifi connection.
