Im trying for a multi Million dollar case. Sexual Harassment and Wrongful termination. I have seen people in this state get 107 Million for sexual harassment and 23 Million for wrongful termination. I am asking 15 Million that the compnay earned while allowing the sexual harassment to continue. I am asking 10 Million in compensatory damages and 15 Punitive Damages, and 20 Mill. for Wrongful Termination. A total of 60 Million. The point of suing for that much is not for me to get rich. The point of a settlement is so that the company pays not only for what they did to me but that large of a sum is so the company won't want to do it again. If they pay small payouts it will happen again and they will pay off the next girl just as easy as the last and I want to make sure it never happens to another women. With the money I get I want to put people who cant afford college to go through college. Is that greedy?

i think some people are greedy and their is a lot of bullsh it cases out there asking for outrageous amt of money.

however sometimes the only way companies will listen is when there is a big lawsuit against them. thats the only way they will fix things. next time in the future they will think twice before playing around with sexual harrassment and firing people without just cause.

No, companies are not doing enough to protect people for these abuses. Every minute in America, people specially the minorities and the poor are being discriminate, harass, and terminate for no good reason, is very painful and the companies don't care. They only care about how much are the profits, they treat like nothing. So if the get sue once in a while they need to paid.

As much as they can create and earned. Rich is a relative term. Someone living in Retrop, Oklahoma who is making 200 thousand a year is much richer than someone living in New York City. Someone who is making 200 thousand a year and paying on a 100 thousand dollars in student loans is richer than a single guy with no debt and no responsibility. When people quit getting to keep their money, they will quit creating wealth.

no i do not think you are greedy as i am trying to find a lawyer for my daughter for sexual harrassment in the workplace also...we gave them plenty of chances to fix this, they havent fired her but the guys are still working there too and they cut HER hours..basiclly they are trying to get her to quit..so i believe since this has been going on for a few months now and they have known about it and havent done anything i believe the co. deserves what they get they had their chance to make it right and took it out on my daughter instead just cuz she is a teen and its her first job...so my answer is no you are NOT being greedy you are making them pay for the emotional wreck and/or physical they have allowed you to be put through...

I do think that people who sue for alot of money are greedy if I was going to sue it would only be for the bills that I am being charged for like if I was in a wreck I would sue for the damage on my car, hosipital bills, and court costs!

I don't think you are greedy at all. The idiot who decided cross the line and the company who didn't back you up needs to be taught a lesson. It cost you a job because they were trying to save their own buts. I wouldn't let it go. I say go for it. Don't let them get away with what they did to you.

I believe that if you keep all of the money for yourself that is greedy, but if you do as you stated above i don't really find that greedy. You are taking your hurt and helping other people with it.

would you still be suing them if you didn't get to keep the money, but they still would have to pay it? You know what? I don't think it's about greed, but you would be an idiot to sue and not want to get something out of it.
