Were do little kids get all there energy from?

seriously they play all day never get tired and get to eat whatever they want. How are they always full of so much energy?

It's because they're growing and developing and they need extra energy to do that so it comes naturally to them,yes they would play all day if you let them but don't be fooled they get tired too,and sometimes you have to force them to take naps.I'ts also better not to give them too much sugar.They don't need the extra boost for sure.

Metabolism is higher when we're young. It decreases over the course of life. So, youngsters are comparably more active and energetic than older folks.

Also - here's a funny item about living life backwards - we'd start with less energy and get more and more active!


I want to live my next life backwards.

You start out dead and get that out of the way.

Then you wake up in an old age home feeling better every day. You get
kicked out for being too healthy; go collect your pension,

Then when you start work, you get a gold watch on your first day.

You work 40 years until you're young enough to enjoy your retirement.

You drink alcohol, you party, you're generally promiscuous, and you get
ready for High School.

You go to primary school, you become a kid , you play, you have no
responsibilities, you become a baby, and then...You spend your last 9
months floating peacefully in luxury, in spa-like conditions; central
heating, room service on tap, larger quarters every day.

and then...

you finish off as an orgasm.

I know, it's so unfair, shouldn't we get that energy, if only to keep up with our kids? Honestly, I get tired just watching sometimes!

Innocence? Higher metabolisms? Unshattered and untarnished dreams? Sugar highs?

Wish I knew, wish I could bottle it and use just a bit myself every once in a while.
