Don't. Snail mail a CD.
If you must, you could use something like WinZIP to segment the file into more managable chunks.

Well If you have any zip softwere then ZIP that file you wonted to send . It reduce the size of any file .

most emails dont support that large of a file.

you cant, better to stick it on a cd and post it by snail mail.
