I play and I think the Ugga Ugga medicine is unbuyable or its extreamly EXPENSIVE. Just take it to the Healing Springs every 30 Mins.

Oh no! Dragon usually (if she can't find stuff) will go to the Marketplace and randomly select one of the shops. Then you can go find one that specializes in Medicine.
