On my TI-83 plus, I press STAT and select Edit. Then I enter my numbers into the lists.

In order to plot them, I go to STAT PLOT (2nd Y=), choose Plot1, and turn on Plot1. I might goof with the settings for different looks if I want.

I set my WINDOW and then GRAPH.

If you don't have stat plotting on your calculator, you might be able to use the DRAW feature. While experimenting with this, I got a little annoyed that the points I plotted got erased by certain other actions, like turning off functions. A good workaround is to write a simple program. First line, ClrDraw (to erase whatever other badness is already on the graph). The rest of the program is a bunch of Pt-ON statements (from the DRAW menu). Whenever your points get cleared, just run the program again and there they will be.
