Please. please can someone tell me in simple terms what is Time Executable.?

Every time I switch on my computer it says "Time Executable has encountered a problem and needs to close". I am told to advise Microsoft but I don't bother now. The computer doesn't close but it is a nuisance. I can't find anyone who has heard of it. The microsoft website that deals with it is incomphrehensible to me.

I think it's related to a Lexmark brand printer. lxbstime.exe is the actual file name.
