Now that the "incredibly wise" Howard Dean and the DNC has allowed Hillary to start speaking in public again, do you think the ever smart Obama team is waiting for her to boil over and make a general mess of things with liberal voters ? Is Obama waiting for a timely pounce ?

Elway- Thanks for response....But your lesson should be known by all...That`s how it works generally. It all depends on how confident the Obama team feels in the near future. They may feel the "need" to overtake her.

LOL! If you think anyone but Hillary tempers when and how she speaks in public you couldn't be more wrong. Timing is everything with Presidential candidates. Over the next two years the cream will rise to the top and my guess is that we will see a Clinton/Obama ticket. Is it possible that his election team sees this as a viable possibility as well? Of course. As soon as the DNC makes their decision as to who will realistically get the nomination, the remaining candidates will start lining up with prepared agendas to stump for VP, not all of them, but most. It would be a good move for Obama. Get the experience most people say he lacks by being VP and then make his own run in the future. He's young enough to be able to consider that as a viable plan. Maybe that's it, or maybe he is, as all candidates are, positioning himself constantly, waning and waxing, as he responds to and criticizes other candidates. Only time will tell, we've got a long way to go on this one.

What Conservative Pundits don't realize is that Hillary and Obama are sacrificial lambs. Conservatives will spend all their time and energy attacking those two, which will make the REAL Democratic candidate look like a golden boy.

The fact that you're spending your time ranting and raving about Hillary is just proof of how well that strategy is working.

If you sincerely want to see a Republican in the White House in 2008, then you need to look past the paper targets of Obama and Hillary to see who the Democrats are REALLY going to run for the Presidency.

Wasting time attacking Obama and Hillary just plays into the Democratic strategy for 2008.

Obama is taking a two phased approach to his media campaign. First, he is driving his new theme: Hope. This is going to start his campaign on a positive note and show that he is above the negative ads. Second, he will then start to discuss his stance on issues. Its far too soon to start that talk now. He's looking to just look positive for a while.

What makes you think that HIllary Clinton is going to implode & make a mess of things? This is one intelligent woman, she is not known for making mistakes; especially those in the political arena. Senator Obama is not waiting for her to do anything wrong, his showing is strong against her even though he has not passed her in the polls. I believe that he is marking time & not laying out all of his cards, yet. To my knowledge, he doesn't downgrade his compition. He just offers his agenda; take it or leave it. There is plenty of time for both of them to make mistakes, nothing is a done deal, yet.

Yes, that Obama will wait for the perfect oppurtunity to strike like a cunning snake.

Hillary dumbo is gonna rant on and the people will get bored soon. That's when Obama will jump in and enlighten them and take the House.

i think so. its strategically profitable. hillary is alienating a huge voter base because sh'e trying to appeal to the more radical side of the democratic party. obama snuck into national spotlight through the back door, ultimately he is the one to beat.
