I also have trouble getting in and out of some modern sedans, as the seats are too low to the ground. A mini-van or 2wd SUV may be your best bet to find chair-height seating.

Most of the new "crossover vehicles" like the Ford Edge, the Honda CRV, Toyota RAV 4, Saturn Vue, are built with a higher configuration like an SUV while maintaining ride and economy features of the sedan platforms they are built on. This means they look like an SUV, have the high seating you desire, combined with good visibility and load carrying capacity, but they drive and operate like a car.

Infiniti fx 35 is good. The seats are adjustable and go up or down depending on your preference. It's a smaller SUV and it's not high up like some bigger models.

i'd recommend the Hyundai Matrix. though it does not have a high seat, it has a higher roof. so getting in/out of the car would be easier.

Hope this helps, Peace.
