Try sniffing a fresh cut lemon or eating something that sounds good and doesn't give you the hurl feeling. I was addicted to shells and cheese. But if nothing else works for you take comfort in the fact that by the second trimester it usually goes away and that feeling sick means all is well.

Eat crushed ice or popsicles. It worked for me. If you are aired for morning sickness you would have grounds for a lawsuit because it is illegal to discriminate because of pregnancy. Tell your boss you're pregnant, ask if your work station can be close to the washroom. Make sure you bring a toothbrush and mouthwash to work! God bless!

Have some protein. A piece of cheese, yogurt, something with a little protein in it. It will help you feel better. I know, crackers never worked for me either.
