Yes I have, why wouldnt it happen? Ive been in cornwall years ago and saw the beach covered in snow.

Yes it does happen. Alot of times the relatively warm ocean water causes breezes that keep the beach from getting covered in snow, however beaches can become snow covered.

Not often ,as the salt keeps the snow away,but when it does come , Its absolutely brilliant ,you can kick the snow up and when it mixes with the sand it makes all sorts of patterns.The sea seems thick and slow and the horizon disappears.I love it .Snow is forcast for Thursday.If it comes I'll be up on the beach with the kids making snow patterns!

i cant see how it can happen we all know salt melts snow
and with the sea breaze you can taste the salt so i whould say no you not going to see a beach covered in snow because the sea breaze wil melt it as soon as the 1st flake falls and the beach as got to contains salt traces as the tide comes in and out

Agree with lozzielaw. I've lived in Cornwall all my life and seen loads of snowy beaches. It looks beautiful. Where do you live/

happens at coney island in NY or any coastal area above 40 degrees latitude. Not all beaches are in the tropics.

Sure, happens all the time in Chicago and on the east coast. Beaches aren't just where it is warm and sunny, you know?

im not sure becouse the air around a beach would contain lots of sea salt
