Bish 43's biggest error, by far, is over-estimating himself. Excessive and unwarranted self-confidence, which seems to be a chronic condition of his character since his youth in Midland.

So, the result is he tends to trust his gut instincts too much in complex matters. He decides complex problems using his underinformed gut, sort of shooting from the hip.

This is the fatal flaw in Bush 43's Presidency. His gut is not an adequate substitute for the intellectual curiosity and rigorous study that is needed to make good decisions at his level.

He's shooting in the dark, essentially, due to his own laziness and over-confidence.

The ultimate expression of this overconfidence is his admission that he has never had any doubt and cannot think of even one mistake he has made.

This is a man whose decisions have resulted in many deaths -- dating to his time as Governor of Texas and overseer of the death penalty there (a time during which he stattered the record for State executions).

So, what we have here, if you add it up, is an overgrown child. A socially retarded human being who, unfortunately, is also the most powerful man in the world. A lethal combination, unfortunately.

And, that's "lethal" in the literal meaning.

One of the biggest errors of the Bush Administration was forgetting his conservative ideals. The "No Child Left Behind"School bill, the prescription drug bill. I think he left his copy of the constituion in Texas. Which is why in the last election the conservatives didn't come out to support the Republican canidates for House or Senate.

Without a doubt, the 9/11 incident. Right after it happened, we had the whole planet on our side. Countries all over were offering their condolences and support and monetary donations (Japan included...fancy that!). If he had just minded his own yard so to speak, and put all of the country's time and energy into rebuilding and enhancing our homeland security instead of looking for a scapegoat (Iraq) to bully because he was embarrassed about what happened on his watch, we would have been far better off.

Now, more American men and women are dead from the Iraq war than were killed in the World Trade Center destruction, the Pentagon and Flight 93 combined. And don't forget about the innocent Iraqis who have died because our president had a bone to pick with theirs.
